Our Shine Consultants are both talented and experienced, having worked in the marketing and/or PR industry for at least 5-10 years. They have corporate skills yet understand the challenges faced by small businesses, non-profit organizations, and independent talents. They are professional, knowledgeable, and happy to focus their talents in helping our clients shine. They are go-getters in hot pursuit of pushing our clients’ projects to completion in a blaze of glory and high-fives. At Shine PR Etc., we all work as a team by sharing experiences and collaborating talents to provide our clients with the benefits of a well balanced team approach never lacking in fresh ideas. 

When we do look to add a new consultant, we are looking for someone who loves the marketing industry and thrives in teamwork but perhaps is looking for a bit more independence and flexibility in his/her working life. What we can offer at Shine PR Etc. is the security and support of a trustworthy team, along with all the tools and resources you need to fulfill your career.

An ideal Shine Consultant is:

• Someone who has a passion and flair for marketing
  

• Ambitious, driven, and motivated
  

• Experienced with at least 5 years working at a senior marketing level (marketing or public relations manager, or director)
  

• A bit of a computer wiz and enjoys social media
  

• Polished and professional, exudes confidence, always calm and focused under pressure
  

• An overachiever with some shining moments to brag about
  

• Naturally creative and analytical (spending hours and late nights on brainstorming and typography experiments is what we call “fun.”)
  

• Available to commit at least 3 days a week to Shine PR Etc. clients and projects
  

• Eager to participate in occasional continued educational events, webinars, conferences, etc. in order to stay current with all the latest innovations in marketing technologies
  

• Committed to community service, positive living, and the dare to Shine!
  

• Appreciative of work that’s more diverse and challenging, and ultimately more rewarding
